Barcelona To Play In Australia For First Time

For the first time in Barcelona history, the club will play a game on Australian soil tonight.

FC Barcelona manager Xavi Hernandez left, and players Marc-Andre ter Stegen, second left, and Dani Alves, right at top, speak in front of the A-League All-Stars.

The Spanish giants have only just wrapped up their La Liga season but have made the long flight down to Sydney to take on the A-Leagues All Stars in a friendly match at Accor Stadium.

Barca have brought a strong squad with them to Australia with only a handful of players left behind.

The A-Leagues All Stars, meanwhile, are a collection of the best players from the local competition and will be desperate to prove themselves.

This match will be broadcast live and free on television in Australia via 10Bold. It will also be streamed via 10Play and Paramount+.

For viewers outside of Australia, the game will be shown on Barca TV+.
