Oppo Find X5 and Find X5 Pro certification, and camera details

Oppo Find X5 and Find X5 Pro certification and camera details: Oppo is expected to announce its Find X5 series later this month and two of the devices have been spotted in a new TRDA certification. The Vanilla Find X5 (CPH2307) and its Pro counterpart (CPH2305) also appeared in the Camera FV-5 database.

This is because both phones are listed in the Camera FV-5 database and their main snappers are almost identical to those in the Oppo Find X3 series.

Both the Oppo Find X5 (here listed as CPH2307 ) and Oppo Find X5 Pro (listed as CPH2305 ) have a 50MP main camera that supposedly delivers images with a 12.6MP pixel cluster.

Both are listed as having optical image stabilization like their predecessors, and the standard Find X5 is even shown to have the same f/1.8 aperture. The Find X5 Pro may differ slightly as its aperture is shown as f/1.7.

The front camera also looks the same as the Find X3 series, as it is listed as 32-megapixel f/2.4 for both models (giving 8.1MP pixel-group images).

Other lenses are not included in this list, but based on previous leaks, we expect these to be largely compatible with last year’s models, including 50-megapixel ultra-wide sensors, 13-megapixel telephoto, and possibly a 3MP microscope camera for the Pro model.

Oh, and if you’re wondering how we know that the phones in this database are the Oppo Find X5 and Find X5 Pro, those model numbers are also mentioned in the TRDA certification list.

The existence of these listings also suggests that these phones will launch soon, but we already knew that as Oppo itself confirmed that the Find X5 series will be announced before the end of March.
