INDIAN REPUBLIC DAY – January 26, 2022

INDIAN REPUBLIC DAY: Republic Day of India is celebrated on 26th January every year. It is a national holiday.

Republic Day 2022: To celebrate the 75th year of independence of the country, the Central Government is celebrating the Amrit Festival of Independence and due to this 75 aircraft will be landed on the Rajpath on the upcoming Republic Day celebrations. There will also be 5 Rafale in the “Grandest Flypast” of 75 aircraft on Republic Day. Let us inform that India is celebrating its 73rd Republic Day this year. The Constitution came into force in our country on 26 January 1950, since then every year this day is celebrated as Independence Day.


Republic Day 2022: Air Force PRO gave information

Giving information about this flypast on Monday, Air Force PRO Wing Commander Indranil Nandi said, “This time on the Rajpath during the Republic Day parade will be the most spectacular flypast ever. In which 75 aircraft including aircraft of the Indian Air Force, Army and Navy will be involved. This is happening under the Amrit Mahotsav celebrations of Independence. Five Rafales will fly over the Rajpath and 7 Jaguar fighter jets will also fly in the shape of ’75’ to  celebrate the Amrit Mahotsav of Azadi.

The parade on the Rajpath on the occasion of Independence Day is the main attraction and this year the Continent of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan will be held at the Rajpath in Delhi. He has come to participate in the parade.


Proper arrangements were made for the parade rehearsal for Republic Day 2022

Delhi Traffic Police had informed on Saturday that due to the rehearsal of the parade to be held on Republic Day, on 17, 18, 20 and 21 January, Rajpath-Rafi Marg, Rajpath-Janpath, Rajpath-Man Singh Road and Rajpath-C-Hexagon will be closed. Traffic restrictions will be imposed on 2022 from 9 am to 12 noon and there will be restriction on movement.

Regarding this, Delhi Traffic Police tweeted on social media platform Twitter, ”  Proper arrangements have been made for the parade rehearsal of Republic Day 2022 from January 17-21  . Delhi Traffic Police is committed to ensure smooth movement of vehicles. Delhi Police urges you to follow Traffic Advisory and new updates.

Let us tell you that the parade in Delhi’s Republic Day is the longest and most important parade in the country. This parade takes place every year on 26 January at Rajpath in Delhi. It is the center of attraction on Independence Day. This parade, which is to be held at Rajpath, lasts for 3 days and was first organized in 1950.
